DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* FAA correspondence and recordkeeping
* Supervision of pilot expense reports and jumpseats
* Preparing reports
* Distributing mail
* Maintain office supplies
* Process FAA mandated paperwork
* Enter pilot attendance
* Process CRAF forms
* Process all Pilor Proffer bids and awards
* Pilot recalls, retirements, and termination
* Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma/GED
2 years multi-function office experience
Proficient with Microsoft software
Valid Drivers License
A proven self-starter with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Exhibit a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to interpret flight schedules
Knowledge of airport identifiers
