Job Description

As an administrative assistant, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support to Directors and Vice Presidents in a fast-paced software development environment. In this role, you will ensure smooth daily operations by managing leadership calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and processing expense reports in compliance with company policies. Key responsibilities include coordinating meeting logistics, preparing agendas and presentations, managing departmental documentation, and distributing organizational communications promptly. You will also support special projects and cross-functional initiatives, while handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining strict adherence to company policies.

Requirements:

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience supporting senior leadership (Director/VP level), ideally in a technology or software development environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities (written and verbal).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently under pressure.
