REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 04/10/2026-11/01/2026. Must agree to work Mon-Fri, 8 hours per day. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 1 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 50 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping.

 JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities.
Crops/Commodities: Tomatoes, Sweet Corn, Pepper, Garlic, Cabbage, Strawberries, Onions, variety of fruits and vegetables. Primary duties (performed the majority of workdays): Workers will plant, cultivate, and harvest tomatoes, sweet corn, peppers, garlic, cabbage, strawberries, onions, and other varieties of fruits and vegetables. Planting duties include preparing fields and beds, laying plastic or mulch as needed, setting transplants by hand, spacing plants properly, and transplanting seedlings. Cultivation duties include hand weeding and hoeing, thinning plants, tying, trellising, suckering and pruning crops such as tomatoes and peppers, removing diseased or damaged plant material, and maintaining crop rows and beds throughout the growing season. Harvesting duties include hand-harvesting crops based on size, color, and maturity standards; cutting, pulling, or picking produce; placing harvested crops into containers; carrying and loading containers onto trailers; and performing post-harvest field cleanup. Workers will perform repetitive manual labor, work in a stooped or kneeling position for extended periods. Job opportunity is Skill Level I. All primary duties are entry-level and require close supervision and/or a short demonstration of the task by a more experienced worker. Secondary duties (performed on less than half of the workdays in the contract period): Workers may assist with additional farm tasks as needed, including setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining irrigation systems; assisting with the application of fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides under supervision and in accordance with all regulations; operating tractors or farm equipment to pull trailers during harvest; moving, assembling, or adjusting high tunnels, if needed; performing general field maintenance; cleaning tools and equipment; and assisting with other duties related to crop production and harvest as assigned by the supervisor. Assist with Good Agricultural Practices policies. Allergies to ragweed, goldenrod, honey bees, insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, or related chemicals may affect a worker's ability to perform the job. Persons seeking employment in this position must be available for the entire period requested by the employer. Employer reserves the right to discharge an obviously unqualified worker, malingerer or recalcitrant worker who is physically able but is unwilling to perform the work necessary for the employer to grow a premium quality product, or for any other lawful reason. Employer may request, but not require, workers to work more than the stated daily hours and/or on a worker's Sabbath or federal holidays. Worker must report to work at designated time and place each day. Daily or weekly work schedule may vary due to weather, sunlight, temperature, crop conditions, and other factors. Employer will notify workers of any change to start time. Workers will have an unpaid lunch break. TERMINATION. Prior to any termination for cause, employer evaluates workers' performance of required tasks and compliance with Work Rules and other employer policies. Employer may terminate a worker for cause if the worker's performance consistently and/or substantially fails to satisfy the employer's reasonable expectations (in accordance with the criteria set forth herein), or otherwise engages in serious or egregious misconduct that endangers health, safety, or property. In assessing whether workers' performance meets reasonable expectations, employer evaluates, among other reasonable criteria, whether the worker: (1) has adequately complied with the Work Rules and any other policies or procedures; (2) has complied with all health and safety guidelines, including the use of tools or equipment in accordance with best practices to protect the employer's property, crops, and in a manner that avoids injury or damage; (3) has treated company property (tools, equipment, crops, fixtures, etc.

EMPLOYER ASSURANCES:

BOARD ARRANGEMENTS: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so workers are able to prepare their own meals. The employer will provide transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries.

HOUSING: Employer-provided housing is available for all workers who live outside a reasonable daily driving distance.

TRANSPORTATION TO WORK SITE: The employer will provide transportation for all workers living in the employer-provided housing to and from the daily work site(s).

WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCEProvided.

TOOLS, SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT: Tools, supplies, and equipment needed to complete the job will be provided by the employer at no cost to the worker.
