AutoCAD Drafter

 

Enon, OH (On-site)

 

We are seeking an entry‑level AutoCAD/Revit Drafter to support site development and store planning initiatives . In this role, you will assist with space planning, circulation plans, and site plan development while working closely with architects, designers, and engineers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, grow, and gain hands‑on experience in a collaborative team environment.

This position is best suited for candidates fresh out of school who are adaptable, willing to take on various tasks, and interested in learning Revit as we transition our drafting workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with site plans, circulation plans, and space planning layouts for new and existing store projects.

• Meeting with architects, designers, and engineers to review design concepts and project requirements.

• Supporting development of design drafts and layouts based on project needs.

• Preparing and updating AutoCAD drawings and participating in our transition to Revit.

• Presenting rough drafts for internal review and making required revisions.

• Ensuring design accuracy and alignment with internal guidelines and standards.

• Collaborating in a highly team-oriented environment and contributing ideas.

• Finalizing drafting documents and maintaining project records.

• Completing job reports and supporting various drafting-related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Associate degree (minimum) in Drafting, Design, Architecture, Engineering Technology, or related field.

• Approximately 1+ year of hands-on AutoCAD experience (internships and academic experience acceptable).

• Willingness and ability to learn Revit software as the team transitions.

• Strong communication skills and willingness to speak up or ask questions.

• Team-oriented mindset and eagerness to take on a variety of responsibilities.

• Detail-oriented with good organizational and technical design skills.

• Comfortable working 5 days a week on-site.

• Bachelor's degree is a plus, but not required.
