As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and provide outstanding customer service through multiple channels.
- Consultative Sales: Identify customer needs and recommend the right metal products, value-added services, and cutting solutions. Build rapport to create repeat business and long-term relationships.
- Engaging with Customers: Assist a wide array of customers, from trade professionals to do-it-your-selfers.
- Problem-Solving & Solutions: Act as a trusted advisor, offer tailored solutions that fit customer needs and budgets.
- Handling Multiple Channels: Manage phone inquiries, eCommerce orders, and online quote requests promptly and professionally.
- Quote & Order Management: Provide accurate pricing, prepare quotes, and close sales! Follow up on customer quotes promptly.
- Data Entry: Enter customer profile details, correct material dimensions, payment info, and any order specifications into our ERP system in a timely manner, with precision and attention to detail.
- Work as a Team: Collaborate and communicate with Supervisors, Sales Associates, Warehouse Associates, and Drivers to provide customers with a seamless, one-stop experience.
- Sales Target Achievement: Support sales goals by maintaining stock control, monitoring margins, and ensuring customers return for future orders.
