Job Description
The Maintenance Specialist will perform general and preventive maintenance on commercial buildings, equipment, vehicles and grounds as specified by the Facilities Manager.
Shift: Monday - Friday 9:00am -5:30pm
Minimum Requirements
Specialist I
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Work experience in facilities building maintenance.
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and be considered insurable by the current CBC/CTS insurance provider.
WORK ENVIRONMENT and PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES
Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
Demonstrated ability to perform in adverse weather conditions.
Must undergo FBI fingerprinting for identification and background check requirements.
