Client Services Specialist
Description: The Client Services Specialist supports customers by managing email-based inquiries, order support, and issue resolution. This role requires prior experience working with business customers, strong written communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple requests across internal systems and teams. Success in this role depends on accuracy, follow-through, and ownership of customer needs from start to finish.

Reports to the Director of Sales
Salary: $45,000
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of email-based customer inquiries from B2B clients
- Process and support customer orders, including order entry, changes, and status updates
- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, production, shipping, and engineering to resolve customer issues
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding timelines, requirements, and resolutions
- Maintain accurate records in ERP systems
- Identify recurring issues and escalate appropriately with clear documentation
- Ensure consistent, high-quality customer experience through timely follow-up and ownership of requests
- Develop and maintain customer relations and recordkeeping of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, client services, or account support
- Experience working with ERP, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple open items and prioritize effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
