Job Description

Build and execute comprehensive positive and negative test cases using qTest, Excel dashboards, and document defects related to application enhancements and development. Execute functional testing on web and mobile applications based on JIRA stories, ensuring alignment with sprint deliverables. Validate both User and Technical story points, contributing directly to sprint outcomes. Host Time-box and Exploratory Testing sessions across QA teams to uncover domain-specific bugs and encourage cross-domain knowledge sharing. Lead quality assurance projects from inception to completion, ensuring robust coverage and defect prevention. Identify, document, and raise defects; track and validate fixes across sprint cycles and releases. Perform automation runs using Selenium, Jenkins, and IntelliJ, and analyze results with Extent Reports. Work on developing test cases, test suites based on positive, negative and API testing in Tricentis TOSCA commander. Provide critical evaluations of new tools like Webomates AI, contributing to risk assessments and AI tool implementation strategies. Use Google Drawings to create detailed workflow and architectural diagrams for end-to-end application flows, including web services and database interactions. Execute test scenarios using Tricentis qTest, Excel dashboards, and manage log enhancements to support application quality. Engage with data tools like Oracle SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, MariaDB, and Splunk for test validations and defect investigations. Actively participate in Production Releases, conducting smoke tests and identifying issues pre-release. Log and track production bugs, helping stabilize releases and improve user satisfaction. Work on Cherwell production tickets to troubleshoot and resolve real-world issues reported by local company employees. Contribute to production release readiness by executing smoke tests and identifying blocking issues before final release. Support weekend testing efforts during critical rollouts to ensure stability and accuracy in production. Prepare and present Test Plans across four different domains, securing approvals from Product Owners and QA Managers. Create and maintain test scripts, regression suites, and documentation for new features and system changes. Collaborate with IT departments, Support, and Training teams to ensure test alignment and documentation across Winsupply platforms, including WISE.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Master of Information Technology and Management with 12 months experience as Quality Assurance Analyst accepted
