The Sr. Benefits Partneris responsible forleading the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs, includingabsencemanagementand life insurance. The Sr. Benefits Partner is also responsible for resolving benefit questions, improving existing processes, and providing technical support in the delivery of benefit programs. Additionally, the Sr. Benefit Partneris responsible formanaging benefit administration internally and with external vendors, as well as the implementation of various benefit projects.

Whatyou'llownas theSr. Benefits Partner-AbsenceManagement

Manage end-to-end administration ofabsence managementprograms,including STD, LTD, Parental, State Leaves, and PTOfor headcount across the United States.

Act as day-to-day contact for benefit vendors to ensureaccurateenrollment, claims processing, billing, andissueresolution.

Lead and coordinate the establishmentof processes for efficient andaccuratedata file transfers. Leads audits related to data file accuracy and completions.

Develop andmaintaincompliance-related requirements (i.e.ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, State leave laws).Stay informed of new legislation and research new legislation for benefit design and policies to understand broader impacttocurrent programs and systems.

Analyze benefits utilization data and employee feedback to identify opportunities for program improvement.

Maintainbenefits plans and processes in HRIS system, including system setup and configuration.

Develop and run reports as needed to support budgeting,billing,and eligibility audits. Do data analysis as needed for costprojections.

Assistwith annual open enrollmentactivities;including communications, testing, and updating platforms.

Ensure plan documents and knowledge articles areup-to-date.

Partner with various groups on benefit administration and issue resolution (Payroll, Legal, Operations, HRBPs, Finance,etc.).

Whatyou'llbring

Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, or a related field; OR 10 years of equivalent experience

7-10years of benefits management experience to include absence management programs (STD, LTD, FMLA, Parental, State), self-funded benefit plans, 401k plans, and ancillary benefit plans

Experience managing vendor relationships and large-scale program implementations

ExperiencemaintainingSharePoint

Working knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow

Experience supporting M&A activity including due diligence and integration of benefit programs

Experience administering benefits for large organizations (10K+ employees)

For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $91,900.00-$138,700.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role's responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate's experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary.
