Astrion has an exciting opportunity for aVTC Meeting Support, JM to support ISR/SOF at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS:
BA/BS and at least 3 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline
OR, 5 years of directly related experience with proper certifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Contractor will configure, maintain, and operate audio/video bridging equipment to support AFLCMC/WI communications conferencing requirements. The Contractor will operate video teleconference (VTC) equipment including but not limited to cameras, audio mixers, switching and encryption devices. The Contractor will ensure AFLCMC/WI VTC audio-visual and conference room scheduling procedures are documented for the AFLCMC/WI and will coordinate with the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) to reserve Global Video Services (GVS) network resources.
The Contractor will ensure compliance with network security requirements through collaboration with distant-end conference action officers; initiate pre-conference preparations in response to end-user requirements; and brief virtual participants on situation-dependent conferencing protocols.
The Contractor will develop, plan, execute, and maintain the AFLCMC/WI VTC Equipment Training Program and will plan and conduct training classes to ensure primary and contingency VTC operators are available to meet AFLCMC/WI mission requirements.
The Contractor will render technical expertise to identify, analyze, diagnose, and correct or report technical discrepancies and will coordinate authorized maintenance services with Government-approved vendors.
The Contractor will work individually, collaboratively, or in executive-level group settings, and will facilitate planning and execution for AFLCMC/WI on- and off-site conferences.
