Job Description:
JANITOR (4) Temporary Full Time Position 4/1/26-10/30/26, Keep buildings in cleanand orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washingwalls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include tending furnace and boiler, performing routinemaintenance activities, notifying management of need for repairs, and cleaning snow or debris fromsidewalk. Optional employer housing provided at $50 per week/$100 per pay period.Optional advance upto $200.00 to purchase clothing for climate and food; repayment for advance deducted from paycheck(s).ABLE TO LIFT AND CARRY 50 POUNDS. . Job order is being placed in connection with future filing for H2Blabor certification. Must be eligible within the USA and available entire work period. If the workercompletes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse worker for transportation &subsidence (including meals &, to the extent necessary lodging) from the place of recruitment to the placeof employment. Upon completion of work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employerwill pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the placethe worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequentemployment with another employer or if employer has appropriately reported a workers voluntaryabandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal tothe most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Employer agrees to offerwork for at least ¾ of the work days in each 12 week period of total employment period.Daily meals willbe provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per /day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 p/day withreceipts.
