Job Summary

The Data & Estimating Coordinator plays a keys role in supporting our PSG estimating and sales department by managing incoming RFQs, supporting the estimating team through quote preparation and coordination, and organizing documentation. This position is also responsible for developing data-driven insights to improve performance and visibility across the department.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Log and manage all incoming RFQs, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Assist the estimating team with quote callouts, quote preparation, and documentation

Type, format, and assemble customer quote in a clear and professional manner

Organize and maintain estimating files and documentation in SharePoint

Compile and prepare cut sheet package submittals for customer and project requirements

Track quote status, deadlines, and follow-ups to support timely submissions

Extract, clean, and transform data using Excel Power Query, leveraging automation where possible

Perform data analysis to support estimating performance, workload tracking, and business insights

Build and maintain advanced Excel models utilizing: Pivot tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, POWER PIVOT

Develop dynamic dashboards, charts, and reports in Excel, Power BI, and PSGs internal tracking software

Generate recurring and ad-hoc reports to communicate performance metrics

Minimum Qualifications

Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel

Experience developing dashboards and reports in Excel and Power BI

Experience working in project/workflow management systems.

Experience organizing and managing files in SharePoint

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience supporting and estimating, sales, or engineering team

Experience with RFQs, quoting process for EPCs and Contractors

Familiar with technical documentation and cut sheets

Eclipse, Job Management, and ParSpec knowledge
