REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 04/10/2026-10/25/2026. Must agree to work Mon-Fri, 6 hours per day, Sat, 6 hours. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 70 lbs., repetitive movements, Driving requirements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling, drug screen, criminal background check.
JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities.
Agriculture Equipment Operator to operate equipment used to harvest field crops. Drivers responsible for transporting workers will be required to have a valid and unexpired Federal Farm Labor Contractor or Federal Farm Labor Contractor Employee Registration with driving authorization. Will be responsible for operating the vehicles used to move crops on the farm. Must be able to safely operate the buses that are used to transport workers to and from work sites. Should be able to provide proof of accident-free driving record and background. Workers may be requested to submit to random drug or alcohol tests at no cost to the worker. Failure to comply with the request or testing positive may result in immediate termination. Operate forklifts and equipment used to move supplies and harvesting equipment in the field. Maintain harvest equipment. Must be able to reach, bend and lift items weighing 70 pounds. Must be able to work outdoors in dusty/dirty conditions, at extreme heat and cold inclement weather. Must be able to listen to, understand, and follow simple instructions of supervisors and dispatcher. Must be able to work in fields where ants, snakes and poison ivy are encountered. The alternative work is truck maintenance and farm maintenance including the repair, irrigation, vehicles and various equipment and tools used on the farm. Use of personal cell phone or other personal electronic device during working hours strictly prohibited except for work-related calls or emergencies and violation may result in immediate termination.

Deben poder estirarse, agacharse y levantar objetos que pesen 70 libras. Deben poder trabajar al aire libre en condiciones de polvo y suciedad, con calor y frío extremos y condiciones climáticas adversas. Deben poder escuchar, comprender y seguir instrucciones sencillas de los supervisores y el despachador. Deben poder trabajar en campos donde hay hormigas, serpientes y hiedra venenosa. El trabajo alternativo consiste en el mantenimiento de camiones y de la granja, incluyendo la reparación de sistemas de riego, vehículos y diversos equipos y herramientas utilizados en la granja. El uso de teléfonos celulares u otros dispositivos electrónicos personales durante las horas de trabajo está estrictamente prohibido, excepto para llamadas relacionadas con el trabajo o emergencias, y su incumplimiento puede resultar en la terminación inmediata del contrato.
EMPLOYER ASSURANCES:
BOARD ARRANGEMENTS: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so workers are able to prepare their own meals. The employer will provide transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries.
HOUSING: Employer-provided housing is available for all workers who live outside a reasonable daily driving distance.
TRANSPORTATION TO WORK SITE: The employer will provide transportation for all workers living in the employer-provided housing to and from the daily work site(s).
WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE: Provided.
TOOLS, SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT: Tools, supplies, and equipment needed to complete the job will be provided by the employer at no cost to the worker.
