Job Description

Electrical / Electronic Engineer - North Canton, OH - Job 26-00119

Salary Range: $75K - $85K Permanent Position with Benefits

Start your engineering career working on real products, not busywork. As a Junior Electrical / Electronic Engineer you'll get hands-on experience in testing, product development, and manufacturing, while learning directly from experienced engineers. This role is ideal for a curious, early-career engineer who wants broad exposure, mentorship, and room to grow.

Responsibilities:
• Test and troubleshoot electrical components and assemblies
• Support new product development, prototypes, and design validation
• Assist with customer applications and technical problem-solving
• Learn safety certifications (UL, CSA, IEC) and compliance processes
• Work cross-functionally with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality teams

Qualifications:
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (or hands-on equivalent)
• 1–5 years of engineering, testing, or manufacturing experience
• Strong electrical fundamentals and comfort with lab equipment
• Curious, hands-on, and eager to learn

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
