Job Description: Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialized utility programs. Implement a successful PLM solution for customers using Dassault Systemes’ ENOVIA software thus ensuring continued success and increase in productivity. Define Global Solution Architecture leveraging 3DS Know How to support customer business objectives, highlighting committed value, and taking extra care of feasibility and delivery effort. Provide coverage of the whole business process with the expected business value while guaranteeing the final workability and relevancy of the solution. Analyze customer requirements and map their business processes with the standard processes in 3DS ENOVIA software. Identify critical customer issues and requirements and resolve and/or fulfill them. Design solution, co-ordinate with develop, test software applications using Java technology and 3DS ENOVIA framework. Involved in upgrading 3DS software to a higher version whenever new software versions are released. Provide technical guidance to the development team to deliver software based on customer needs and ensure best practices are followed so that a quality code can be delivered to the customer. Overseeing the integration of new systems and technologies into existing infrastructure, ensuring compatibility and efficiency. Telecommuting permitted. Domestic travel required up to 30%.
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or in related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a computer-related occupation.
Special Requirements: Position requires experience, knowledge or coursework in each of the following skills:
1. Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Platforms preferably in ENOVIA/3DExperience with implementation, Customization and Configuration, System integration, platform upgrades;
2. Major industry experience, preferably in consumer-packaged goods or consumer goods industry;
3. Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes, including: Engineering Bill of Materials Management, Program Management, Change Management, Copy and Artwork Management, Specification Management;
4. Application development in Java, rest-based web services, Linux Environments, and JavaScript;
5. Technical consulting, solution design, project envisioning, planning, development and deployment;
6. Architectural Design, Business Requirements Translation, project definition and execution;
7. DevOps tools, including: SVN/GIT, Jenkins and Azure DevOps;
8. Modern front-end frameworks, including: Angular, Vue.js for 3DDashboard widget development; and
9. Cloud platforms, including: AWS, and Azure.
