Essential Functions & Responsibilities




Compliance Coordinator
As the Compliance Coordinator you will be responsible for assisting with facility compliance for relevant training and documentation, while communicating with departments and functions regarding deadlines for completion.

Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times
Coordinates, schedules, and tracks training completion for the facility; communicates with multiple departments, corporate office, and external contacts
Maintains organized, electronic and paper copies of environmental files and records; utilizes document management system to systematically and logically save relevant documents
Reviews, processes, and files inbound and outbound documents, records and other supplemental documentation
Interfaces with colleagues regarding document accuracy and compliance with requirements
Coordinates required inspections with various departments
Orders, distributes, and tracks usage of company-issued personal protective equipment (PPE) e.g. uniforms, shoes, jackets, glasses, etc.
Manages payments through internal systems to ensure timely payment to vendors
Files, makes copies, mails/scans documents and answers phone as needed
Provides support for EHS special projects, tasks, needs and initiatives
Maintain and support ISO efforts at the ELO facility.
Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization


Education




- High-school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)



Experience




1+ years of related experience (preferred)
