Worksite Location(s): Various client worksites in Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Summit and Portage counties. The employer will provide transportation from shop located in Bedford to work sites.

Job Description: Danzey Landscaping, located at 93 Willis Street, Bedford, OH 44146 is seeking to hire 9 FULL TIME, TEMPORARY LANDSCAPERS to work from April 1, 2026 to December 15, 2026. Work locations are in Geauga, Cuyahoga, Summit, Portage, and Lake Counties. The employer will provide transportation from shop to worksites. The Landscapers will landscape, plant, repair and maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mowing, trimming, pruning, maintaining lawns, trees, shrubs, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, cleaning up and assisting with installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. This is a full time, temporary job. Work days/hrs are Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, 40hrs/week, overtime as needed. Saturday work may be required. Pay is $18.91/hr with OT pay at $28.37/hr. Bonus/raises awarded based on merit and/or tenure with employer. Job Requirements: Able to lift/carry 50lbs. No experience required. Able to obtain a U.S. Driver’s License. Random post hire background, drug and alcohol checks. Work will be performed in multiple worksites located within the counties of Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Summit, and Portage.

Will daily transportation be provided?: Yes. Various client worksites in Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, Summit and Portage counties. The employer will provide transportation from shop located in Bedford to work sites.

Provision of Board/Lodging or Other Facilities: No.

Is On-the-Job Training available?: Yes. No experience required, the employer will train.

If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily meals will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.

H-2B ASSURANCES

Deductions from the Worker’s Paycheck: The employer will make all deductions from the worker’s paycheck required by law.

First Workweek Reimbursement: Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees).

Provision of Tools, Supplies, and Equipment: The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.

Single Workweek for Pay: The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.
