Job Title: Cleaning & Sanitizing Technician
Pay: $15 - $20 per hour depending on site; Paid Training
Schedule: Workdays/hours vary according to client contract schedules
Possible Shifts: First, Second, Third
Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, Special Projects
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Janitorial Cleaning & Sanitizing
- COVID Response & Infection Prevention
- Post-Construction Cleanup
- Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Institutional
- Local and Regional Assignments
Duties Include (but are not limited to):
- Routine building cleaning and sanitizing services (dust, clean, disinfect, offices, restrooms, flat surfaces, high touch areas, trash disposal, sweep, mop, vacuum, etc.)
- Floor cleaning services (shampoo, strip, wax and buff)
- Window cleaning
- Power washing
- UV Fogging (Certification Required)
- Other duties as required
Minimum Requirements:
- Reliable communication AND transportation
Preferred Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience
- Effective communication and comprehension skills (verbal and written)
- Effective Decision-Making and Problem-Solving Skills
Training is provided by our leadership team.
All team members are subject to background screening and random drug screening.
