Payroll & Retirement Plans Analyst (Hybrid) - Cleveland, OH
Hybrid | Downtown Cleveland

Our downtown Cleveland law firm is seeking a Payroll & Retirement Plans Analyst to ensure smooth and accurate payroll operations and benefits administration. This hybrid role requires precision, discretion, and strong analytical skills in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

What You'll Do

* Manage onboarding payroll setup and termination pay processing
* Review timecards and ensure accurate payroll, taxes, benefits, and deductions
* Handle leave tracking, benefit payments, and vendor invoice reconciliation
* Support audits, partner payment tracking, and pension contribution updates
* Analyze payroll data, GL entries, and employee demographic trends
* Respond to employee inquiries and guide payroll-related matters
* Ensure multi-state compliance and identify opportunities to streamline processes
What You Bring

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
* 3+ years of payroll experience; ADP Workforce Now a plus
* Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, formulas)
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and service-focused
* Able to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple priorities
