EE Patent Attorney (3+ Years) - Boutique IP Firm

Our client, a well-established patent boutique law firm, is seeking an Electrical Engineering Patent Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its growing practice.

This is a stable, long-term opportunity with consistent work flowing from a strong base of established clients. The firm offers a reasonable billable hour expectation of 1,700 hours and a collegial, supportive environment.

Practice Focus

* Patent preparation and prosecution in electrical engineering-related technologies
* Exposure to work generated by long-standing client relationships
* Minimal business development pressure
Qualifications

* JD and admission to at least one U.S. state bar
* Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering preferred
* Candidates with Computer Engineering or Computer Science degrees will be considered if comfortable working with EE technologies
* 3+ years of patent prosecution experience (law firm or in-house)
* USPTO registration required
Location & Flexibility

* Fully remote candidates welcomed
* Preference for candidates within driving distance of the Boston area
* Occasional in-person meetings with clients and firm colleagues
