Your Opportunity as a Sales Analytics Intern

As Sales Analytics Intern, you will become a strategic business partner who helps drive analytics across one of our sales teams and deliver insights that directly impact financial targets.
Location: Orrville, OH
Work Arrangements: Hybrid (Orrville, OH) - onsite a minimum of 9 days a month primarily during core weeks as determined by the Company; maybe more as business need requires
In this role you will:
Create and leverage deep consumer and retailer insights that drive data-inspired decision making.
Collaborate within the Sales organization to create strategic account recommendations supporting the broader organization.
Support the development of capabilities utilizing syndicated data, account specific data, JMS financial data, and advanced statistical analysis techniques.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to communicate and ensure flawless execution of pricing, promotion, & merchandising plans
Gain meaningful and translatable experience from the real work you will be provided, relationship management, and professional development.
What we are looking for:
Minimum Requirements:
ASophomore, Junior, or Senior standing in schoolwith requisite educational experience inBusiness Analytics, Sales, Economics, Marketing, or another related field.
Awell-roundedskill setincludingstrong critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and project management skills as well as an interest in data visualization, advanced analytics, and finding innovative solutions to complex business questions.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with large datasets and have the ability to identify patterns and trends in the data
Develop strong understanding of customer business strategies, systems and resources to support sales team with focus on continual improvement

Compensation range: $21 - $26/hr
**Actual hourly rate is determined based upon the year of college that will be completed at the start of the internship**
