TOMATO,CORN.PUMKINS WORKERS WILL PLANT TOMA TOS BY HANDTHEWORKERS WILL TEND THE TOMATO PLANTS AS THE GROW THE DUTIE S ARB NOT LIMITED TO ONLY TOMATAS THE WORKERS WILL ALSO PLAMNT AND TEND CORN AND 'PUMKINS AS ALL CROPS 'TART TO MUTUER THE WORKER WILL THEN STACJ< THE TOMA TOS AND RUN STRING TO TIE THE TOMATO PLANTS UP THE WORKERS WJLL APLL Y WATER FERTILIZER TO ALL CROPS AS COMES HA VEST TIME THE WORKERS WILL WORK IN ONE OR THE OTHER CROPS DAIEY TOMATOS WILL BE PICKED IN BUCKETS AND CARRIED TO END OF ROWTO BE LOADED ON TO TRUCKS AND WILL UN LOAD THE TRUCKSAT MARKET.THE WORKERS WILL HARVEST THE CORN BY HAND IN TO WOODED BASKET AND WILL BE CARRIED TO END OF ROW FOR LOADING AND TRANSPORTATJON.PUMKINS, THE WORKERS WILL MOVE THRU THE FIELD PICKING THE RJPE PUMKINS THAT HAVE BEEN CUT LOAD ON TO TRA1LER AND TRANSPORTED TO THE MARKET TO BE UNLOADED.WORKERS WILL BE REQUIERD TO CLEAN TOMA TOS,PUMKJNS BUT NOT LIMITED TO. The employer WILL provide to the worker, without charge or deposit clearage, all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the duties assigned.
EMPLOYER ASSURANCES:
BOARD ARRANGEMENTS: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so workers are able to prepare their own meals. The employer will provide transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries.
HOUSING: Employer-provided housing is available for all workers who live outside a reasonable daily driving distance.
TRANSPORTATION TO WORK SITE: The employer will provide transportation for all workers living in the employer-provided housing to and from the daily work site(s).
WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE: Provided.
TOOLS, SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT: Tools, supplies, and equipment needed to complete the job will be provided by the employer at no cost to the worker.
