Job Description

This Program Support Specialist position with MTSI will support the DAF PAE C3BM office. This position requires active collaboration across multiple organizations and lines of effort. This position will be located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and MTSI's Beavercreek, Ohio location.

Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:
*Support planning, preparation, editing, and publication of program documentation, reports, briefings, and other technical/non-technical materials
*Support Government team at program reviews, meetings, seminars, etc.
*Serve as the primary point of contact for Government leads' calendars, schedules, and email correspondence across multiple networks (classified and unclassified)
*Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government team to track and manage any taskers, ensuring completion and archival in Jira and Confluence
*Provide interface, communication and coordination with internal and external customers
*Integrate leadership materials into cohesive briefings, take notes, and follow up on action items
*Perform data entry, integrating information into reports and presentation materials
*Prepare correspondence per standard government formats, including classified and unclassified documents
*Prepare and run presentations for meetings
*Lead administrative event operations, including attendee lists, invitations, venue procurement, logistics, and attendee check-in
*Train personnel on software applications such as office suite, and shared online filing systems
*Additionally, duties and responsibilities related to contract or acquisition activities as required

Qualifications
*1-5 years of relevant experience required (1-3 years working on DoW contracts/programs)
*Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), scheduling software, and virtual collaboration tools
*Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating in a secure environment (SCIF, SAPF)
*Knowledge and experience with program management tools and procedures
*Experience with Knowledge Management techniques and/or maintaining a library of technical documentation.

Desired Experience / Skills
*Knowledge and/or experience with DoW program requirements to manage DoW efforts, some examples include: FAR, DFAR, Requirements Management tools (DOORS/Jama/Cameo), RFPs, CDRLs, SOWs, CBAs & ICDs, Information Assurance, Program Protection Plans, DoDI 5000.02
*Knowledge and/or experience in various parts of the program lifecycle from development through sustainment to include proposal development, requirements decomposition, generation of system and subsystem statements of work and subcontracts, risk management, and continuous improvement efforts including implementation cost reduction and performance improvement efforts
*Knowledge and/or experience in finance, contracting, export regulations, engineering, logistics, manufacturing or supply chain management
*Knowledge and/or experience with earned value cost accounting and reporting; experience with metrics for assessing and reporting program progress, productivity and variance analysis
*Success in managing manpower planning, project reviews, scheduling and budget control
*Multitasks efficiently with strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
*Excellent customer interface skills
*Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a keen attention to detail
*Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
*Strong problem-solving skills
*Strong leadership and management skills
*Program Management or Acquisitions certifications (e.g. PMP or DAU)

Education Requirements
*Bachelor's degree required
*Experience may be considered in substitution for education

Clearance Requirements
*Must possess a Top-Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
*This position is for 100% in-person attendance at Wright-Patterson AFB and/or MTSI's Beavercreek, Ohio location, no options for remote work
*U.S. Citizenship is required for this position
