We have an opportunity available for a Customer Service Representative to maintain account maintenance, develop new accounts, and provide a high standard of customer service. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Qualified candidates must have 2 to 5 years Inside Sales/Customer Service experience, must have excellent communication and organizational skills, must have the ability to understand technical concepts, and must be detail-oriented. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered. Experience working for a laboratory that tests water, air, or soil would be beneficial. Recent graduates with a degree in Environmental Science, Biology or Chemistry will also be considered. This company offers a year-end bonus incentive, and benefits will be available upon permanent hire.
