ASPHALT LABORER (2) Temporary Full Time Position 4/1/26-11/24/26, Perform tasksinvolving physical labor at construction sites. May operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers,earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and avariety of other equipment and instruments. May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces tosupport the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding,and clean up rubble, debris, and other waste materials.May assist other craft workers. DAILY TRAVEL TO VARIOUS JOB SITES LOCATED IN GEAUGA,LAKE,CUYAHOGA AND ASHTABULA COUNTIES IN OHIO . ABLE TO LIFT AND CARRY 50 POUNDS. SOME OT ANDWEEKENDS REQUIRED. 8 HOUR WORKDAY . . Workers are responsible for transportation to thedesignated pick up location in PERRY, Transportation to and from worksites will be provided from PERRYOH No exp/edu. req'd. 40hr/wk., Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, $27.82 hr OT $41.73/hr, Single workweekcomputation, Pd biweekly by check. Job order is being placed in connectionwith future filing for H2B labor certification. Must be eligible within the USA and available entire workperiod. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will reimburseworker for transportation & subsidence (including meals &, to the extent necessary lodging) from theplace of recruitment to the place of employment. Upon completion of work contract or where the worker isdismissed earlier, the employer will pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation andsubsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the workerwill not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or if employer has appropriatelyreported a workers voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment orreimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distancesinvolved. Employer agrees to offer work for at least ¾ of the work days in each 12 week period of totalemployment period.Daily meals will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per /day during travel to amaximum of $68.00 p/day with receipts.
