A manufacturing company is offering an immediate full-time opportunity for a Customer Support Representative who will act as the liaison between the customer and company's operations team.  Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process quotes on a daily basis, handle pricing, quote repair orders to the customers, and make necessary calls for any special requests as needed
  • Email completed quotes to customers for approval and update the ERP System and file quote approvals when received
  • Process warranty paperwork and teardowns as per company policy
  • Ship and Invoice, open work orders, and answer incoming calls as needed
  • Expedite requests, refer to the Production Manager accordingly, and take care of requests as needed by the customer
  • Inform the manager of any issues or concerns that may be in the best interest of the company and/or the customer
  • Use email to send or receive quotes and customers’ correspondence
  • Perform other tasks assigned 

Job Qualifications:

  • Must have 3 years Customer Service experience; Aviation related experience preferred
  • Must be highly responsive to internal and external customer requirements, with a high attention for detail
  • Proficient use of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation is required
  • Must be proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must have strong communication and organizational skills
  • Must have friendly telephone skills, while being professional
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work well in a team environment
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have excellent attendance and a positive attitude
