Job Title: Production Supervisor
Job Duties:
The successful candidate will lead and manage a team of production workers, manage daily operations, monitor performance, provide coaching and resolve conflicts consistent with company policies and procedures. More specifically, he or she will track KPIs and recommend corrective actions if targets are not met; Address production issues and collaborate with technical teams to resolve equipment or process failures; Maintain training records, conduct performance evaluations, assist with hiring, onboarding, and training in coordination with HR and trainers. Finally, he or she will provide training and awareness and compliance with SQF, ISO, and Quality Assurance rules and procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Materials or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
- 24 months of experience in Manufacturing.
- Demonstrated experience in Process Mapping & Standardization (Value Stream Mapping, SOPs), Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma, and Data Analysis & Visualization.
