Job Title: Sales Account Manager
Job Duties:
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing and ensuring the long-term success of the Salesforce platform while leading engagement with adhesive film and export customers. Responsibilities also include directing sales forecasting and market analysis; Managing relationships with clients, addressing customer complaints, and providing after-sales support. Ensures the adequacy of sales-related equipment and materials and overseeing various equipment and production processes to evaluate the safety risk or harm to others, and the quality risk to customer product or safety risks.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 24 months of experience in Manufacturing, Food distribution or packaging film industry.
- Demonstrated experience in food distribution or packaging industries. Experience with salesforce or similar CRM tools and demonstrated experience in B2B sales.
