Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, fax, and web chat in a timely and professional manner
- Process customer orders received by phone, email, or fax
- Communicate order status updates, delivery timelines, and freight quotes
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide accurate, helpful solutions
- Coordinate with vendors on product updates and information related to customer orders
- Assist with additional customer service projects as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to remain courteous and professional when interacting with customers, vendors, and internal departments
