CEW Operators – Multiple Shifts Available – Delaware, OH

Pay:

• 1st Shift (8am–4pm): $17.50/hr
• 2nd & 3rd Shifts (3pm–11pm / 11pm–7am): $19.25/hr
• 12-Hour Shifts Also Available:
  • 1st: 7am–7pm
  • 2nd: 7pm–7am
  • Rotating schedule:
    • Week 1: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat (48 hrs)
    • Week 2: Sun, Wed, Thu (36 hrs)

Acloche is hiring multiple CEW Operators for a leading manufacturing company in Delaware, OH. These temp‑to‑hire positions offer hands-on experience, long-term career potential, and weekly pay.

Position Overview

CEW (Copper Electric Wire) Operators apply enamel coating to copper wire used in EV motors. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy hands-on work, troubleshooting, and learning complex machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CEW machinery to apply enamel to copper wire
• Perform light machine maintenance and adjustments
• Follow guidance from trainers and apply instructions independently
• Troubleshoot production issues and maintain quality standards
• Work on a 90 ft. open-structure tower with see‑through stairs and flooring
• Safely climb stairs throughout the shift

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanically inclined (auto repair, household maintenance, or similar experience counts)
• Strong independent thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working at heights and climbing frequently
• Ability to follow visual instruction and learn by observation
• Reliable, motivated, and safety-focused
