Acloché is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for a scrap metal processing plant in Delaware, OH. This role oversees warehouse operations, material flow, safety, inventory, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

🔵 Oversee daily warehouse and yard operations
🟢 Manage receiving, sorting, staging, and shipping of scrap materials
🟡 Ensure accurate metal grading, segregation, and documentation
🟣 Lead, train, and schedule warehouse employees
🔴 Enforce OSHA and company safety standards
🟠 Coordinate with production, transportation, and scale operations
🔵 Maintain equipment readiness and PPE compliance
🟢 Handle inventory counts, BOLs, logs, and scale ticket reconciliation

Qualifications

🔵 3–5 years warehouse/industrial supervision experience
🟢 Strong knowledge of scrap metal handling & grading
🟡 Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)
🟣 Effective leadership & communication skills
🔴 Ability to work outdoors in all weather
🟠 Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work around heavy equipment

Schedule & Pay

⭐ Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
⭐ $22.00–$25.00/hr (based on experience)
