Mechanic Job description
- Diagnose mechanical & computer breakdowns for heavy duty trucks and equipment
- Replace clutches, breaks, rear ends, wiring and some body work
- Tire maintenance and repairs, replacement
- Heavy lifting, climbing, bending, carrying required
- Ability to maintain and repair hydraulics for heavy duty trucks and equipment
- General knowledge of welding and fabricating
- Greasing, changing oil, general maintenance and repairs
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma required or GED equivalent
- CDL Certification a Plus – Valid Driver’s License
- 1-3 years’ experience preferred
- Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen
