We are seeking responsible, professional Security Staff members to help maintain a secure, respectful, and fun atmosphere throughout our busy island season. If you stay calm under pressure and take pride in keeping others safe, we want you on our team.
What You’ll Do
Monitor entrances and exits to ensure guest safety
Check identification and enforce age restrictions
Maintain crowd control during high-volume times
De-escalate conflicts in a calm and professional manner
Work closely with management and local authorities when necessary
Help ensure policies and safety procedures are followed
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and confident in high-energy situations
Professional appearance and demeanor
Reliability and good judgment
Previous security or related experience preferred
