Job Title: Registered Nurse
Location: Grafton, OH 44044
Duration: 03 months to long term
Shift hours: Day
Job Description:
Provide professional nursing care within a state-operated facility, including assessment, monitoring, and documentation of patient conditions.
Administer medications, treatments, and immunizations in accordance with prescribed care plans.
Respond to medical emergencies, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate hospital transfers when necessary.
Monitor patients in restricted housing at required intervals and ensure timely medical attention.
Develop and implement care plans; educate patients on treatment and health management.
Perform specialized procedures such as IV therapy, wound care, oxygen therapy, catheterization, tube feeding, phlebotomy, and other advanced nursing interventions.
Supervise and support LPNs and other healthcare staff as needed; assist with training and orientation.
Maintain accurate medical records, medication logs (including controlled substances), and required reports.
Coordinate appointments, prescriptions, and medical referrals; manage medical supplies and inventory.
Required Documents:
Active RN License.
BLS/CPR Certification.
