Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Informatics RN to support a Rauland implementation and drive successful adoption of clinical information systems across a multi-disciplinary care environment. This role plays a key part in workflow optimization, stakeholder engagement, and system sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead planning, design, training, implementation, and evaluation of clinical information systems
* Drive change management and interdisciplinary adoption of new clinical workflows
* Serve as liaison between IT, clinical operations, and key stakeholders
* Translate operational needs into system design and workflow improvements
* Support test environment build, validation, and iterative refinement
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and best practice standards
* Define and report metrics tied to system performance and benefits realization
* Provide knowledge transfer and coaching to internal teams for long-term sustainability
Required Qualifications

* Prior Rauland implementation experience (required)
* Active Wisconsin RN license or multi-state RN (NLC) license
* Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
* 2+ years of nursing clinical experience or 2+ years of clinical informatics experience
* Experience leading change management and stakeholder adoption initiatives
* Strong clinical workflow design and cross-functional collaboration experience
* Experience managing clinical system implementation and optimization
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred

* Experience in multi-facility or academic medical center environments
* 3+ years of Nursing Informatics experience
