REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 04/10/2026-12/01/2026. Must agree to work Mon-Fri, 9 hours per day, Sat, 9 hours. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 3 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 60 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling, Driving requirements, Certification/license requirements.
JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities.
The normal work schedule is 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a one-hour lunch break. Work may begin as early as 6:00 a.m. and may conclude as late as 8:00 p.m. The regular workweek is nine hours per day, Monday-Saturday for the full period of employment. Workers will report to work at the designated time and place as directed by the employer each day. Workers may be requested to work various amount of hours per day depending upon the conditions in the fields and maturity of the crops, but will not be required to work over the regular daily hours. The worker agrees to work for employer whenever work is available during the full period of employment. Workers should expect occasional periods of little or no work because of weather, crop, or other conditions beyond the employer's control. These periods can occur anytime throughout the season. The slow times should be understood upon accepting job offer. Also, workers may be requested, but will not be required, to work on federal holidays and on their Sabbath.
EMPLOYER ASSURANCES:
BOARD ARRANGEMENTS: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so workers are able to prepare their own meals. The employer will provide transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries.
HOUSING: Employer-provided housing is available for all workers who live outside a reasonable daily driving distance.
TRANSPORTATION TO WORK SITE: The employer will provide transportation for all workers living in the employer-provided housing to and from the daily work site(s).
WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE: Provided.
TOOLS, SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT: Tools, supplies, and equipment needed to complete the job will be provided by the employer at no cost to the worker.
