Job Title: Production Operator (Manufacturing)
Location: Cleveland area
Shift: 8‑hour shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift; shift differential for evenings/nights)
Position Summary
This role supports the production of safety and protective equipment in a manufacturing environment. Production Operators are hands‑on team members responsible for assembling components, operating equipment, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards. This position plays a key role in meeting daily production goals while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and manufacture product components following standard procedures
- Operate tools, machinery, and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform setup, start‑up, and shutdown procedures at assigned workstations
- Monitor production processes and report issues or defects
- Conduct visual and basic quality inspections
- Complete required production and quality documentation
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace using workplace safety and cleanliness standards
- Follow all safety policies, including use of PPE
- Work collaboratively with team members and support cross‑training efforts
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 6 months of experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly work (preferred but not required)
- Basic familiarity with tools, machinery, or assembly processes
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic computer skills for tracking production or quality data
- Ability to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to work assigned shifts, including overtime or weekends as needed
Work Environment
- Industrial manufacturing setting
- Standing and repetitive motion required
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Shift work may include early mornings, evenings, or nights

- Hourly pay starting at $18.25+, based on experience
