Garden Center Associate (Seasonal – Full & Part-Time)

At Barnes Nursery, we are passionate about helping our customers create beautiful outdoor spaces. We are currently hiring six seasonal Garden Center Associates to join our team for the busy season. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and helping others bring their gardens to life, we would love to meet you!

In this role, you will assist customers with selecting plant material and related products while providing top-tier customer service with a positive attitude. Responsibilities include daily plant care and watering, unloading and restocking merchandise, checking in product, operating the cash register, and helping maintain an organized and welcoming garden center. You may also operate a skid steer or forklift (training provided). This position requires a willingness to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.

We are offering $15.00 per hour. Positions are available full-time and part-time, seasonal. Work days are Sunday through Saturday as scheduled, with daytime shifts. Weekend availability is required during the busy season and on a rotating basis during slower times.
