Job Description

Responsible for finishing and packing bumpers.

Essential Functions:


* Loads bumpers onto paint line.
* Unloads bumpers from paint line to finishing table.
* Polishes, wraps, and prepares bumpers for shipping.
* Box and band outgoing bumpers.
* Must be able to organize all aspects of the assembly process.
* Perform inspection on product utilizing total quality concepts.
* Accurately report daily activities and production data as directed.
* Conduct required quality checks.
* Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards.
* Exercise safe working habits while operating machines.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
* Must possess a high level of attention to details.
* All other duties as assigned.
Education and Training


* High School Diploma/GED required.
* Prior production assembly experience, 1-2 yrs. preferred
Minimum Qualifications


* Ability to work overtime, as production demands require.
* Must pass drug and alcohol screen and remain drug free throughout the term of employment.
* Must follow all safety practices and policies.
Physical Demands


* Constant standing, walking, reaching, balancing, cervical spine motion, lower extremities, and simple grasp.
* Frequent use of firm grasping, fine manipulation, and pitching.
* Frequent forward bending, squatting, kneeling, and climbing.
* Lifting and carrying up to 50lbs.
Environmental Conditions


* Non-temperature-controlled manufacturing facility.
* Must wear appropriate PPE
