About You and The Role:

The Retail Sales Manager is responsible for selling Nautilus Hyosung’s hardware, software, and other services/products as assigned by the Director of Retail Sales. This role requires regular interaction and follow-up with existing and new customers. The Retail Sales Manager will employ a “hunter” mentality to proactively engage customer conversations regarding upcoming projects, opportunities, and product development needs in order to exceed sales plan. The position is responsible for forecasting, demand planning, analysis, sales process optimization, process administration and optimization, sales training, and other special projects related to sales and sales support.

A Day in The Life:
  • Understand customer’s business objectives and tie Hyosung solutions to client problems, positioning the company as a strategic partner
  • Develop and maintain strategic account and opportunity plans with measurable, time-bound goals, objectives, and action plans
  • Create a strategic roadmap aligning customer needs, issues, and opportunities with industry’s best practices and NHA’s offerings
  • Manage the full sales process: identify opportunities, manage the funnel & forecast, negotiate to close, and drive solution deployment
  • Create and maintain organizational charts for major customers
  • Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction during pre-sales and post-sales engagements
  • Collaborate with customers and partners to deliver greater business value
  • Communicate efficiently internally and drive cross-functional teams to ensure customer success
  • Assist the Director of Retail Sales with market data, including market size, market share, sales forecasting, and product development needs
  • Support consistent implementation of company initiatives
  • Build peer support and strong internal relationships with key personnel
  • Facilitate inter-departmental, internal, and external communications, including meeting schedules and events
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:
  • Four-year college degree in business administration, marketing, sales management, or similar
  • Four or more years in sales, sales operations, or sales management in a business-to-business or manufacturing sales environment
  • Experience with salesforce.com or other sales forecasting/analytics tools strongly preferred
  • Experience writing sales proposals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • SAP experience a plus
  • Passionate, hardworking, and well-organized professional with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Demonstrated ability to obtain participation and partnership across multiple functional areas
  • Ability to foster close, cooperative relationships with customers, peer leaders, sales management, and sales/support personnel
