Job Description

Instructs workers and interns in all Protective Services programs including investigations, ongoing, adoption, foster care, START, and computerized database programs. Also, instructs on interview techniques, client-caseworker relationships, appropriate work behaviors and human and public relations. Plans and develops trainings objectives, updates manuals and training materials, monitors progress of employees. Conducts case reviews and monitors case activity
•
FULL-TIME position, 40 hours per work week.
•
Some weekend work may be required. It is not uncommon for workers to work late hours.
•
Flexibility of early morning or evening hours as needed to complete job responsibilities.

Qualifications:
•
Bachelors degree in Social Work/related field or
•
Associates degree in Social Work/related field and must obtain Bachelors degree within 5 years of hire date.
•
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance coverage needed.
•
Candidate must pass a comprehensive background assessment.
