Transglobal Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our team. This position will be responsible for ensuring successful development, design and implementation of new products.
Job Duties:
- Work with customer to develop new products
- Create 3D models to assist in development/design process
- Design new products per customer specifications
- Generate quality inspection documents, BOM’s and work instructions
- Create 2D drawings as needed for production orders
- Design fixtures, templates and tooling to aid and improve production processes
- Engineering document control
- Other duties as required to support sales, engineering, quality and production departments
Requirements:
- BS in mechanical engineering
- Proficient in use of SolidWorks 2D and 3D
- Competent in use of AutoDesk AutoCad 2D drawing
