Duties:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers in a manufacturing environment
- Ensure that production targets and quality standards are met
- Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement
- Train and mentor production staff on proper assembly, fabrication, and use of precision measuring instruments
- Oversee materials handling and inventory management to ensure efficient workflow
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any production issues or delays
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures

Skills:
