Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We're looking for aCard Brand Compliance Analystto join our ever evolvingNetwork Complianceteam and help us unleash the potential of every business.
This role will entail facilitating new or changes in card brand rules or programs, card brand registrations, oversight, reporting or passing applicable assessments. Works closely with internal and external stakeholders as a specialized professional, project liaison, facilitates card brand functions, and ensures compliance to card brand rules.
What you'll own as the Card Brand Compliance Analyst
Maintains knowledge of applicable card brand rules, compliance programs, and regulations.
Facilitates card brand operational processes that pertain to registrations, communicating rule or threshold breaches, data analysis, project initiatives, data reconciliation and following up on identified remediation actions.
Assists the business with responses to customer card brand compliance-specific questions and concerns.
Monitors and communicates card band changes that impact products, services, and business activities.
Communicates card brand requirements to the lines of business and monitors ongoing statuses.
Identifies areas of potential operational improvement
Participates in training promoting compliance awareness.
Other related duties assigned as needed.
What you'll bring
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of card brand compliance pertaining to merchant acquiring.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to review and understand card brand reference materials.
Demonstrated ability to plan and complete work within tight time limitations.
Ability to communicate ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
It's a bonus if you have
Experience leading compliance support activities and ensuring effectiveness of a Card Brand Merchant Acquiring Compliance Program.
Familiarity with multiple areas of card brand compliance such as high risk merchants, third party oversight, registrations or dispute programs.
Experience participating in customer focus and advisory groups or preparing internal and customer communications covering compliance issues.
