We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our production team as a Wood Assembly Technician. In this role, you will build and assemble wooden pallets according to customer specifications using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.

This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble wooden pallets using nail guns, saws, and other power tools

• Read and follow basic blueprints and work orders

• Measure and cut materials accurately using a tape measure

• Inspect finished pallets to ensure quality standards are met

• Operate equipment safely and follow all safety guidelines

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Assist with loading and staging finished products as needed

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, construction, or warehouse experience preferred

• Ability to read a tape measure accurately

• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints or diagrams

• Comfortable using hand and power tools

• Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to be trained)

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

Physical Requirements

• Standing for extended periods

• Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs

• Repetitive use of hands and arms

• Bending, stooping, and reaching
