Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Service Assistant to support daily operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for assisting route and service personnel, organizing products, and ensuring garments and materials are processed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with sorting, organizing, and staging uniforms, linens, and textile products

• Prepare orders for delivery and ensure accuracy before distribution

• Load and unload carts, racks, and delivery vehicles

• Support service team members with daily operational needs

• Maintain clean and organized work areas

• Identify and report damaged or missing items

• Follow company safety standards and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Team-oriented mindset

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking for extended periods

• Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs

• Pushing and pulling carts

• Repetitive movement throughout shift

• Working in a production environment with varying temperatures
