Your Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm ET

Your Opportunity:

Taylor Corporation is seeking a new Customer Service Representative to join their team at one of our facilities in either Hutchins, TX or Dayton, OH! In this position, you will play a big part in maintaining and growing our customers' satisfaction!

Work Authorization: To be considered for Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.

Your Responsibilities:

Act as a direct point of contact for the customer

Answer customer questions or concerns via email, phone call, or chat

Troubleshoot problems as they occur and find solutions

Utilize Microsoft Excel to provide reporting and status updates to our customers

Host weekly meetings with the customers and their teams

Manage inventory data

Some phone queue management - customers call a hotline that goes directly to the support team

You Must Have:

High school diploma or its equivalent

2 years of customer service or customer support experience

Strong written and verbal communications skills

Ability to present and lead group meetings

Experience working with Microsoft programs, specifically Microsoft Excel

We Would Also Prefer:

High school education or above; 2 years of college preferred.

3 years of related/relevant experience.
