Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and detail oriented Esthetician to join our team in Mason, Ohio. This opening is for a full time Esthetician dedicated to delivering exceptional client experiences.
The ideal candidate will provide esthetician services as well as comprehensive aesthetic and wellness consultations for clientele. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, accurate documentation, and outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a personal consultation schedule and develop personalized treatment plans for both new and existing patients, with a focus on overall skincare & aesthetic treatment planning.
- Achieve and maintain a pre-determined new patient booking rate.
- Generate revenue through skincare sales, esthetician treatment services, and service consultations.
- Educate patients on skincare products and aesthetic and wellness services to support their individual goals and overall well-being.
- During each visit, review the consultation forms, obtain consent, and discuss service expectations.
- Take before and after photos for client records.
- Perform esthetician services with attention to detail and client comfort.
- Accurately document services and products used in client charts.
- Ensure correct logging of treatments and product add-ons for checkout.
- Clean, disinfect, and reset treatment rooms between clients.
- Sterilize the reusable tools per sanitation protocols; inspect for cleanliness and damage.
- Restock supplies and disposables as needed.
- Fold clean linens and maintain laundry flow.
- Communicate low inventory for timely reordering.
- Provide post-treatment care instructions and recommend retail products.
- Training on overall aesthetic and wellness services offered by the practice can be provided.
