Tool & Die Maker (Progressive Stamping)
We’re hiring an experienced Tool & Die Maker to build, repair, and maintain progressive stamping dies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on die troubleshooting, precision machining, and supporting production to keep tooling running at peak performance.
What You’ll Do:
• Build, repair, and maintain progressive stamping dies
• Troubleshoot die issues and improve tool performance
• Perform die spotting, tryouts, and press-side support
• Machine components using mills, lathes, and grinders
• Read blueprints and hold tight tolerances
What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years Tool & Die or progressive stamping experience
• Strong machining and die troubleshooting skills
• Blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
• Self-starter with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
