Production Assistant - Warren, Ohio - JOB 26-00151

Salary Range: $30K - $50K Permanent Position with Benefits

Warren, Ohio area Manufacturer of Steel Products seeks a Sales and Production Support Specialist who has experience scheduling and expediting rolled steel products.

REQUIREMENTS:
• High School, GED, or Higher Level of Education
• Schedule and expedite production orders
• Manage inside customer accounts
• Coordinate material release, shipping & invoicing
• Set up and review production orders
• Respond to customer inquiries and support requests
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery
• Experience in the flat-rolled steel industry preferred
• Strong background in customer service and sales support
• Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a team-based environment
• Manufacturing or industrial operations experience is a plus

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
